Electrical Technical Engineer - Senior (Technical/QC)

Review and validate electrical design drawings, specifications, and shop drawings for high-rise tower systems. • Prepare and coordinate electrical shop drawings, ensuring compliance with the approved design intent, the BIM-coordinated model, and site conditions. • Prepare and maintain As-Built drawings for electrical works for record, close-out, and O&M handover purposes. • Prepare and verify BOQ take-offs for electrical works to support procurement, tendering, and evaluation of variations/change orders. • Perform technical/QC reviews of electrical installations (power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, low-current, BMS interfaces) against approved design and codes. • Support BIM coordination for electrical services, ensuring clash-free integration with other disciplines. • Review vendor technical submittals, material approvals, and equipment datasheets. • Provide technical support and guidance to site electrical engineers on complex installation issues.
