We are looking for Sales Director - Technology Infrastructure & ICT for Bazy Trading & Contracting Company. The Sales Director is responsible for leading and driving the overall sales strategy, revenue growth, and market expansion for the ICT & Infrastructure Technology portfolio. This role ensures the development of sustainable client relationships, execution of large-scale projects, and positioning the company as a leading system integrator in telecommunications, ICT infrastructure, and smart technology solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute the sales strategy aligned with the company’s overall business objectives.
- Identify new market opportunities in ICT infrastructure, telecom, and smart solutions.
- Lead long-term business development initiatives and strategic partnerships.
- Contribute to corporate strategic planning and revenue forecasting.
Revenue Growth & Business Development:
- Achieve annual and long-term sales targets and profitability goals.
- Expand key accounts across telecom operators, government entities, utilities, and enterprise clients.
- Lead high-value bidding processes, tenders, and contract negotiations.
- Develop new revenue streams (digital services, managed services, renewable integration, etc.).
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level stakeholders and key decision-makers.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Position the company as a trusted partner and solution provider.
Sales Operations & Performance Management:
- Establish KPIs, sales targets, and performance metrics for the sales team.
- Monitor pipeline, conversion rates, and sales performance.
- Implement CRM systems and reporting structures for visibility and accountability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and governance standards.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Set clear objectives, conduct performance reviews, and build succession plans.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
Market Intelligence & Positioning:
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Develop go-to-market strategies for new solutions and technologies.
- Collaborate with technical teams to align offerings with market demand.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with:
- Engineering & Technical Teams (solution design)
- Finance (pricing, margins, and profitability)
- Procurement (vendor partnerships)
- Project Management (delivery alignment)
- Ensure seamless transition from sales to project execution.
Customer Experience Guidelines:
- Define the guidelines, best practices, SLAs and that group entities and BUs apply and adhere to when engaging with customers across the end-to-end customer journey; to ensure delivery of exceptional, seamless, and consistent experiences in line with our brand promise and values.
