We are looking for a Sales Manager with experience to lead the sales team and develop sales strategies aimed at increasing market share and enhancing the distribution of our high-quality olive oil products.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to achieve specific objectives.
Manage and guide the sales team to achieve optimal performance.
Build strong relationships with existing clients and attract new customers.
Monitor market trends and competitors and provide regular reports to management.
Develop new distribution channels (restaurants-retail).
Oversee negotiation processes and closing deals.
Analyze sales results and continuously improve performance.
Languages: English - Arabic - French
PMP Certification
10 years of experience in the FMCG sector.
B2B experience and a network of relationships in the HOSPITALITY sector.
Specifically HORECA.
Salary is determined based on relevant market experience.
Preference for Saudi nationals.
