Air cooled chiller - supervisor / foreman

Lead and mentor a team of HVAC technicians, ensuring safe and efficient operation of air-cooled chiller systems.

Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of air-cooled chillers, adhering to strict quality and safety standards.

Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and optimize system performance.

Troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues within chiller systems, diagnosing root causes and implementing effective solutions.

High School Diploma or equivalent; Technical degree in HVAC or related field preferred.

Minimum of 5-7 years of hands-on experience with air-cooled chiller systems.

Relevant certifications such as EPA 608 Universal or equivalent.

Proven experience in a supervisory or foreman role within the HVAC industry.
