About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Store Operations Manager to lead our Riyadh store operations and drive both online and offline sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Online Sales Growth
- Manage food delivery platforms such as Keeta and HungerStation.
- Optimize menus, product listings, pricing, and promotions.
- Plan and execute campaigns to increase online orders and revenue.
2. Offline Sales Growth
- Develop local marketing activities and in-store promotions.
- Attract new customers and improve customer retention.
- Identify opportunities to improve store sales performance.
3. Store Operations
- Manage daily operations, staff, inventory, and service quality.
- Maintain operational standards and customer satisfaction.
- Solve operational issues and improve efficiency.
4. Data Analysis
- Monitor daily and weekly sales performance.
- Analyze sales data using Excel.
- Prepare performance reports and improvement plans.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in F&B, retail, or store operations.
- Experience with food delivery platforms is preferred.
- Good Excel and data analysis skills.
- Good English communication skills; Arabic is a plus.
- Strong execution skills and a results-driven mindset.
