Job Title: Wholesale Sales Representative (Personal Care, Cosmetics, and Oils Sector) : Job Summary

We are looking for an ambitious and professional wholesale sales representative to join our team. The ideal candidate possesses at least 3 years of experience in the personal care and oils products market and has a strong network of relationships with wholesalers, pharmacies, and beauty centers. You will be responsible for expanding our client base and achieving sales targets by building long-term strategic partnerships.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Building a Client Network: Attract new clients in the wholesale sector (traders, distributors, pharmacies) and expand the company's market share.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and follow up on their needs periodically to ensure continuity of supply.
  • Achieving Sales Targets: Work diligently to achieve (and exceed) the specified monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor trends in the oils and personal care market, track competitor movements, and provide periodic reports to management.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Manage commercial negotiations regarding prices, quantities, and payment terms and successfully close deals.
  • Commercial Representation: Present products professionally and explain their competitive features and the benefits of oils (therapeutic and cosmetic) to clients.

: Requirements and Qualifications

  • Experience: Practical experience of at least 3 years exclusively in wholesale sales of personal care and oils products.
  • Network: Possess an active database and established relationships with wholesalers in the region.
  • Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of oil types (crude, essential, therapeutic) and their uses in personal care.
  • Sales Skills: High ability in persuasion, negotiation, and objection handling.
  • Personal Skills: Excellent communication skills, professional appearance, and the ability to work in the field.
  • License: Possession of a valid driver's license and preferably a private car.
