Electrical Technician Maintenance

Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance on bakery production lines.

Inspect, align, and adjust shafts, pulleys, and belt tensions to ensure smooth operation.

Carry out oil replacement, lubrication, and greasing schedules for all rotating equipment.

Diagnose and repair electrical motor bearings, couplings, and drive assemblies.

Execute welding and fabrication work for frames, guards, and machine supports.

Maintain and repair pneumatic systems including valves, actuators, and air lines.

Perform plumbing works (water, steam, compressed air lines) as required for bakery equipment.

Support installation, commissioning, and modification of new bakery machines.

Ensure compliance with safety standards, hygiene policies, and food industry regulations.

Maintain accurate maintenance logs, spare parts records, and equipment history.

Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and improve reliability.

Diploma/Certificate in Mechanical Technology (or equivalent).

Hands-on experience with industrial bakery or food processing equipment .

Strong skills in mechanical repairs, welding, pneumatics, and plumbing.

Ability to read mechanical drawings and follow maintenance schedules.

Knowledge of basic electrical troubleshooting is an advantage.

Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
