Facility Engineer - Saudi National

Oversee and manage all aspects of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with Saudi Arabian regulations.

Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance on facility equipment and infrastructure to identify and address potential issues proactively.

Develop and implement facility management plans, including budgets, schedules, and resource allocation, optimizing operational efficiency.

Manage and supervise a team of maintenance technicians and contractors, providing technical guidance and performance evaluations.

Holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

Possesses relevant professional certifications, such as a Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or equivalent.

Demonstrates a minimum of 5 years of experience in facility engineering within the Saudi Arabian market.

Saudi National with a strong understanding of local building codes and regulations.
