Production InternCoop Trainee

Key Responsibilities Assist in planning and executing video and photo shoots. Capture high-quality photos and videos for marketing, events, and internal communications. Edit videos using industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve). Perform basic color correction, audio enhancement, and motion graphics as needed. Organize, manage, and archive media files and production assets. Set up and operate cameras, lighting, microphones, and other production equipment. Collaborate with the Marketing and Communications teams to produce engaging content. Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and quality standards. Stay up to date with content creation trends and recommend creative ideas. Support other production-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree (or final-year student) in Media, Film Production, Multimedia, Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field. Basic knowledge of photography, videography, and video editing. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop) or DaVinci Resolve. Creative mindset with strong attention to detail. Good communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
