Cost Engineer (Saudi Nationals)

Develop and manage detailed cost estimates for large-scale construction and industrial projects, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project scope.

Implement robust cost control systems to monitor project expenditures against budget, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions.

Perform thorough quantity take-offs from engineering designs and drawings to establish baseline cost data.

Analyze project risks and opportunities related to cost, developing mitigation strategies and contingency plans.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Civil, Mechanical, Electrical) or a related technical field.

Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in cost engineering, preferably within the oil & gas, construction, or petrochemical industries in Saudi Arabia.

Proficiency in cost estimation software (e.g., Aspen Icarus, CostX, Primavera Pand advanced Excel skills.

Strong understanding of Saudi Arabian construction practices, material costs, and labor rates.
