Job description
Production Manager
Oversee and manage production operations for multiple factories within the group, operating in the following sectors:
* Metal manufacturing, doors, and frames
* Wood doors and wooden products
* Aluminum and window manufacturing
* Furniture, cabinets, and kitchens
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage and monitor production operations in factories to enhance their efficiency.
* Prepare and monitor production plans and schedules, ensuring compliance with delivery deadlines.
* Monitor production capacity and allocate workforce and resources across production lines.
* Measure and analyze performance and production indicators (KPIs).
* Work on increasing productivity, reducing waste, and optimizing labor and operational costs.
* Supervise production and assembly supervisors and evaluate their performance.
* Coordinate with planning, technical, quality, maintenance departments, and contractors and suppliers.
* Ensure the application of quality and safety standards.
* Develop work procedures, enhance operational efficiency, and implement continuous improvement principles.
