Electrical Technician

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Technician to join our Warehouse Operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing preventive and corrective electrical maintenance activities to ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of electrical systems, equipment, and facility infrastructure while minimizing downtime and supporting operational continuity.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair electrical faults in equipment and facility systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems, motors, control panels, and wiring.
• Respond to maintenance requests and equipment breakdowns promptly.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance activities.
• Inspect electrical panels, wiring systems, and electrical equipment.
• Replace defective electrical components and ensure proper functionality.
• Follow all electrical safety procedures and HSE standards.
• Use appropriate tools, testing equipment, and personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Assist with installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems and equipment.
• Support facility expansion, modification, and improvement projects.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, reports, and work orders.
• Report recurring issues and recommend corrective actions and improvements.

Diploma in Electrical Technology, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Electricity, or a related field. Minimum 2 4 years of experience in electrical maintenance. Experience in warehouses, logistics facilities, industrial environments, or commercial buildings is preferred. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, motors, control panels, wiring, and troubleshooting. Familiarity with preventive maintenance practices. Understanding of electrical safety standards and regulations. Valid electrical certification or trade license is preferred.
