Job Purpose

Responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and securing catering contracts. The role focuses on promoting the company’s catering and food service solutions to companies, projects, camps, and other potential clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the catering and food service sector.
• Search for potential clients and generate new leads.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Conduct client visits and understand their catering requirements.
• Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
• Follow up on submitted quotations and negotiate terms with clients.
• Coordinate with Operations, Kitchen, Procurement, and Finance teams to ensure accurate proposals and smooth contract implementation.
• Participate in client meetings, presentations, and site visits.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and pricing.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, quotations, and sales activities.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
• Follow up with clients after contract commencement to maintain customer satisfaction and identify additional business opportunities.
