Job description
- Receive customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media platforms.
- Provide accurate information about honey products (types, benefits, usage methods, prices, offers).
- Respond to customer questions related to shipping, delivery, payment, and return and exchange policies.
- Handle interactions professionally with upset or persistent customers, offering effective and quick solutions.
- Record all customer interactions in the system to ensure follow-up and improve service quality.
- Receive complaints related to products, shipping, or payment.
- Analyze issues, identify their causes, and propose appropriate solutions.
- Coordinate with internal departments (warehouse – shipping – finance) to resolve issues.
- Follow up on complaints until resolution and inform the customer of the final outcome.
- Suggest suitable products based on customer needs.
- Provide sales and promotional offers for seasonal or new products.
- Monitor abandoned carts and convert them into sales.
- Generate daily reports on the number of inquiries, sales generated from customer service, and customer satisfaction rates.
- Track the status of requests with shipping partners.
- Ensure the accuracy of customer data before order processing.
- Proactively inform customers of any delays or issues with shipping.
- Submit weekly reports on the performance of shipping partners and packaging quality.
