Assembler - DRY TYPE TRANSFORMER

1. Read and understand the relevant manufacturing drawings, work instructions, and process requirements.
2. Prepare mold, casting equipment, and materials according to production specifications.
3. Perform mold assembly and preparation activities, ensuring proper positioning and securing of coils and components before casting.
4. Carry out resin mixing, molding casting and curing activities in accordance with approved procedures and process parameters.
5. Verify dimensions, clearances, and visual quality requirements, and complete the required checklist and production records.
6. Report any non-conforming materials, equipment malfunctions, or process deviations to the Leadman or Section Supervisor.
7. Maintain tools, equipment, and the work area in a clean, organized and safe condition while complying with all safety and quality requirements.
8. Achieve production targets within the specified time frame and quality standards, following the instructions of the Leadman and Section Supervisor

Minimum 2-5 years of experience in transformer manufacturing, electrical assembly, or related industrial production activities.

Ability to read and understanding engineering drawings and assembly instructions

Familiarity with hand tools, power tools and measuring instruments

Knowledge of Assembly techniques and quality requirements

Basic understanding of safety requirements in a manufacturing environment.

Diploma/ Technical Certificate in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Technology, or equivalent.
