Mechanical Engineer (HVAC)

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience.
Experience in supervising HVAC projects.
Preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost estimation, and pricing.
Experience in market monitoring and supplier/vendor follow-up.

Responsibilities:

HVAC system design and selection according to project requirements.
Preparation and review of shop drawings and technical submittals.
Coordination with consultants, contractors, and clients.
Project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring.
Site inspections and quality control management.
Knowledge of Saudi Building Code (SBC) and HVAC standards.
Procurement support and supplier evaluation.
Preparation of project reports and documentation.
Energy efficiency analysis and optimization of HVAC systems.
Experience with AutoCAD, Revit MEP, HAP, or similar HVAC software.
Ability to manage project budgets and control costs.
Support in tender preparation and technical proposal submissions.

Saudi nationals are preferred.
