Job description
We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team in Riyadh. The role focuses on generating new business, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets within the events and exhibitions industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Sales
- Identify and approach potential clients
- Conduct cold calls, emails, and client meetings
- Promote company services effectively
- Generate new business opportunities
Client Meetings & Presentations
- Meet clients to understand their requirements
- Conduct presentations and project discussions
- Perform site visits when required
Proposal & Quotation Management
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and cost estimates
- Coordinate with design, production, and finance teams
- Ensure timely submission and follow-ups
Negotiation & Closing
- Negotiate pricing, timelines, and project scope
- Close deals in line with company policies
- Ensure proper documentation and contracts
Client Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with clients
- Handle inquiries and concerns professionally
- Encourage repeat business and referrals
Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with internal teams (Design, Production, Operations)
- Update CRM and maintain accurate records
- Submit daily and weekly reports
Requirements:
- Saudi National (mandatory)
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience (events/exhibitions/fit-out preferred)
- Experience in B2B sales and client handling
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems and reporting
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Additional Details:
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Riyadh
