Managing the COO's agenda, appointments, and meetings
Following up on operational projects and initiatives
Collecting and analyzing operational data and reports
Coordinating operations team meetings and follow-ups

Communicating and coordinating between the COO and various departments
Tracking pending files and critical issues
Supporting operational decision-making

Coordinating daily administrative operations for the company
Managing facilities, equipment, and office resources
Organizing internal meetings and events
Managing archives, data, and files
