HSE Specialist

The HSE professional will be responsible for implementing and monitoring health, safety, and environmental systems and procedures within the organization, aiming to provide a safe working environment and minimize risks and accidents, while ensuring compliance with established regulations and procedures.

Implementing and monitoring health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.

Conducting regular inspection rounds to identify and address hazards.

Preparing incident and injury reports, investigating their causes, and recommending corrective actions.

Providing awareness and training programs for employees in the field of safety.

Ensuring the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

Monitoring the readiness of fire and emergency response equipment and systems.

Preparing and updating risk assessments and safe work procedures.

Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and safety standards.

Participating in the preparation and execution of evacuation and emergency plans and conducting regular drills.

Submitting regular reports to management on health, safety, and environmental performance.
