Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Specialist to join our team in the construction industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting marketing initiatives, promoting the company's services and projects, enhancing brand awareness, and assisting business development activities. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the construction market and excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to support business growth and brand positioning.
• Prepare marketing materials, company profiles, presentations, brochures, and promotional content.
• Coordinate with business development, project, and technical teams to collect project information and prepare marketing campaigns.
• Manage the company's digital marketing channels, including website, social media platforms, and email marketing.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities and industry trends.
• Support the preparation of prequalification documents, capability statements, and client presentations.
• Organize and participate in industry events, exhibitions, conferences, and networking activities.
• Ensure all marketing activities align with the company's branding guidelines.
