Civil Engineer

Execute and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities for buildings and civil infrastructure.

Inspect and maintain residential, commercial, and industrial buildings to ensure structural integrity and safety.

Plan, monitor, and coordinate civil maintenance works, including concrete repairs, plastering, masonry, waterproofing, painting, flooring, and finishing works.

Conduct routine inspections to identify structural defects, cracks, leakages, and other maintenance issues.

Prepare maintenance schedules, work plans, and daily progress reports.

Supervise contractors, technicians, and subcontractors to ensure work is completed as per project specifications and quality standards.

Read and interpret engineering drawings, construction plans, and technical specifications.

Ensure compliance with project quality standards, HSE regulations, and company procedures.

Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, and facility management practices (mechanical) teams for integrated maintenance activities.

Estimate material requirements, monitor inventory, and coordinate procurement of construction materials.

Ensure timely completion of maintenance activities while minimizing disruption to facility operations.

Monitor work quality and recommend improvements to enhance the lifespan of civil structures.

Support emergency maintenance activities and resolve site-related civil issues promptly.

Prepare inspection reports, maintenance records, and documentation for management review.

Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and engineering best practicesmechanical,

4–5 years of experience in Civil Maintenance,Mandatory). Building Maintenance, or facility management projects.

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering (Mandatory).

Experience in building maintenance, structural repairs, concrete works, finishing works, and site supervision.

Ability to read engineering drawings and construction specifications.

Good knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance practices.

Strong understanding of HSE standards and quality control procedures.

Candidates holding a Gulf LWV Driving License (Valid or Expired) will be given preference (Preferred, Not Mandatory).civil maintenance,
