Responsibilities:

1. Act as the primary point of contact for customers to whom vehicle are sold, addressing their inquiries and providing timely solutions to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
2. Ensuring smooth and fast personalized delivery that meets their expectations.
3. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve delivery, utilizing project management tools to track progress and outcomes specific to automotive clients.
4. Conduct regular follow-ups with automotive clients to gather feedback
5. Prepare and present reports on client engagement and satisfaction metrics, using data analysis tools to inform strategic decision-making tailored to the automotive industry, proficient in kerridge/CRM software.
