Al-Habib Specialized Hospital Announcement for an Electrician Technician Position

Purpose of the Position

The Electrician Technician is responsible for operating, repairing, and/or maintaining all electrical equipment in a safe and continuous operational state.

Main Responsibilities and Tasks

• Perform skilled electrical maintenance work.
• Inspect lighting in all corridors daily.
• Carry out necessary repairs to electrical equipment according to required standards.
• Execute installation work in accordance with current regulations and the ability to read and interpret electrical drawings.
• Conduct routine inspections, monitor, and examine all electrical equipment according to required standards.
• Report any deviations from normal operating conditions to their direct supervisor.
• Supervise and guide subordinates within the scope of their work.
• Work in shift rotations as required.
• Work safely at all times and within the scope of the hospital's policies and procedures.
• Participate in person-centered care initiatives undertaken by Her Majesty's Government.
• Enrich the patient experience with empathy, respect, and dignity.
• Perform any other related work and duties within the scope of knowledge and skills.

Requirements

• Educational/Professional Qualifications: Holder of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Professional Skills: Any major, preferably with certifications in the electrical field.
• Experience: At least two years of experience in the same field.
