Electrical Engineer (Fit-out & Finishes)

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer specializing in finishing and fit-out works. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing on-site electrical installations, managing technical office tasks—specifically generating and approving shop drawings—and ensuring all work complies with project specifications, local standards, and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Site Supervision & Execution:
• Manage and supervise day-to-day electrical site operations for finishing and fit-out works (lighting, power, low current, distribution boards, etc.).
• Ensure installations strictly adhere to approved designs, project specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, site foremen, and other engineering disciplines (architectural, mechanical, civil) to prevent site clashes.
• Inspect incoming electrical materials on-site to verify compliance with approved material submittals.
• Technical Office & Shop Drawings:
• Develop, review, and modify detailed electrical Shop Drawings (lighting layouts, small power, single-line diagrams, cable routing, containment, etc.).
• Perform clash detection with HVAC, plumbing, and architectural ceiling plans before execution.
• Prepare As-Built drawings upon project completion.
• Respond to Requests for Information (RFIs) and coordinate directly with the consultant for drawing approvals.
