Project Manager

Lead and oversee all aspects of complex Oil & gas construction projects, from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards.

Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including scope definition, resource allocation, risk management, and procurement strategies, for multi-million dollar ventures.

Manage and coordinate the activities of subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams, fostering a collaborative environment and resolving conflicts effectively.

Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks, ensuring compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications.

Prepare and present detailed project reports, including progress updates, cost analysis, and variance explanations, to stakeholders.

Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and forecast costs, identifying and mitigating potential financial risks.

Negotiate and administer contracts with subcontractors and vendors, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.

Proactively identify and resolve project issues, including design conflicts, material shortages, and schedule delays, with innovative solutions.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.

Champion a culture of safety and environmental responsibility, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and promoting best practices.

Possess a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.

Hold relevant professional certifications, such as PMP, CCM, or equivalent, demonstrating project management expertise.

Exhibit a minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in construction project management, with a focus on CMEI projects.

Showcase proficiency in project management software, such as Procore, Primavera P6, or similar platforms.

Possess exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.

Exhibit strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects.

Demonstrate a commitment to safety, quality, and environmental sustainability in construction practices.

Be fluent in English, both written and spoken; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
