Translator (English ↔️ Arabic) – Customs Clearance Department

📍 Location: Dammam – Saudi Arabia

Required Nationality:

Sudanese

Qualifications and Experience:

3 to 4 years of experience in customs clearance within Saudi Arabia.

Full proficiency in both Arabic and English (reading, writing, and speaking).

Practical experience in using the FASAH platform and completing all related customs procedures.

Comprehensive knowledge of the regulations and procedures of the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority and customs clearance requirements.

Ability to translate all documents and correspondence related to customs clearance accurately between Arabic and English.

High skill in preparing and managing official correspondence via email in both Arabic and English.

Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications.

A valid transferable residency is required.

Job Responsibilities:

Translate customs clearance documents between Arabic and English.

Prepare and follow up on customs transactions through the FASAH platform.

Communicate with government entities, clients, and shipping companies in both Arabic and English.

Follow up on customs clearance procedures until the release of shipments.

Prepare and send official correspondence via email.
