Head of Production-Packaging

• Oversee overall factory and production operations.

• Monitor machine settings, production output, downtime, and material consumption.

• Identify and resolve production defects such as thickness variation, bubbles, burn marks, contamination, and uneven surfaces.

• Troubleshoot machine and process issues and coordinate solutions for major problems.

• Perform routine cleaning and preventive maintenance coordination for production equipment.

• Knowledge of plastic extrusion processes and machine operation.

• Manage Injection Molding, Blow Molding, Thermoforming, Packing, and Kraft Bowl production activities.

• Supervise production teams and ensure daily production targets and site activities are completed.

• Prepare daily production schedules, progress reports, and performance updates.

• Ensure quality and quantity control across all production processes.

• Manage raw material planning, consumption, inventory control, and cost optimization.

• Prepare material calculations and coordinate purchase requirements (LPOs).

• Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Warehouse, and other departments for smooth operations.

• Lead process improvements, productivity enhancement, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Support new product and packaging development, including PET, PP, PS, labels, and Kraft products.

• Manage manpower planning and resource allocation.

• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company policies.

• Handle overall factory-related matters and operational improvements.

• High School Diploma / Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.

• Technical or vocational training manufacturing is an advantage.

• Minimum 8 years of experience in manufacturing and production operations.

• Experience in PP, PS, PET, HIPS sheet extrusion, or similar processes is preferred.

Strong knowledge of machine operation, troubleshooting, quality control, and production planning
