We are looking for a dynamic Sales Engineer with a strong background in HVAC systems, particularly Air Handling Units (AHU) and Fan Coil Units (FCUs). The ideal candidate will have 0-4 years of sales experience in the KSA This role involves managing and supporting distributors across Saudi, while also exploring new market opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Distributor Management: Handle and support distributors across assigned territories, ensuring strong business relationships.
Market Expansion: Identify and develop new sales opportunities in existing and untapped markets.
Technical Sales Support: Provide product knowledge and technical expertise on AHUs and FCUs to customers and distributors.
Sales Strategy Execution: Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve business growth.
Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key clients, consultants, and contractors.
Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel frequently across the assigned regions.
Key Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in any Engineering stream (Preferably in Mechanical)
Experience: 6-8 years of sales experience in HVAC/AHU/FCU industry .
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of AHUs, FCUs, and HVAC systems.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Travel Readiness: Willing to travel extensively to target markets.
Prior experience in handling international distributors.
Exposure to HVAC markets is a plus.
