Job Purpose:
- The Manager Bus Operations is responsible for the end-to-end management and execution of daily bus transport operations, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient service delivery across staff, contractor, and guest mobility within Red Sea Global destinations.
- The role oversees operational planning alignment, dispatch execution, real-time service control, and driver deployment, ensuring all services are delivered in accordance with approved schedules, service-level agreements (SLAs), and operational standards.
- The Manager is accountable for achieving key operational performance targets, including On-Time Arrival (OTA), service reliability, and incident management, while ensuring compliance with ISO standards and maintaining a strong focus on safety, operational control, and continuous improvement.
- The position requires continuous oversight of high-volume operations, involving real-time decision-making in dynamic environments, ensuring operational stability, service continuity, and effective coordination across all stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities:
Operations Execution & Real-Time Control
- Oversee execution of all bus operations across staff, guest, and contractor services.
- Ensure service delivery aligns with operational plans and schedules.
- Maintain real-time oversight and manage disruptions to ensure continuity
Service Performance & KPI Management
- Monitor and manage overall service performance in line with defined service level agreements (SLAs).
- Analyze operational data to identify trends and drive improvements.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of operational reporting
Workforce & Safety Management
- Oversee deployment and utilization of drivers in coordination with planning teams.
- Ensure compliance with operational and safety requirements.
- Lead response to incidents and ensure timely reporting and investigation
Stakeholder & Commercial Coordination
- Manage operational relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure alignment between service delivery and stakeholder requirements.
- Support accurate service capture for billing and reporting purposes
Risk, Compliance & Continuous Improvement
- Ensure operational risks are identified, monitored, and mitigated.
- Maintain compliance with company standards and audit requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service quality.
Job Requirements:
Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor s degree in Transport Management, Operations, Logistics, or equivalent field.
- Minimum 4 6 years of experience in transport scheduling or operations planning, preferably with electric bus fleets.
- Proficient in Fleet Management Systems (FMS), GPS tracking platforms, and scheduling software.
- Demonstrated experience in route planning, demand forecasting, and service optimization.
- Strong communication skills for coordinating between multiple stakeholders and contractors.
Skills:

- Solid understanding of EV bus charging and operational dependencies.
