Civil Works Craftsmen Foreman

Lead and supervise a team of civil works craftsmen, ensuring adherence to project schedules and quality standards.

Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to guide construction activities and material requirements.

Manage on-site operations, including excavation, concrete pouring, formwork, and structural assembly, with precision.

Ensure strict compliance with all safety regulations, implementing and enforcing safety protocols to prevent accidents.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or an associate's degree in construction management is advantageous.

Hold relevant trade certifications (e.g., in carpentry, concrete, heavy equipment operation) demonstrating specialized skills.

Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in civil construction, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or lead role.

Proven track record of successfully completing diverse civil works projects, from infrastructure to building foundations.
