This is a field-based sales and business development role. The main responsibility is to actively identify and develop new clients by visiting office buildings, construction sites, business parks, corporate offices and commercial projects across Riyadh.
The candidate will approach potential clients and identify relevant decision-makers, including procurement, administration, facility management and project teams. The role also involves building relationships with contractors, interior design companies, property management companies, shared offices and other potential business partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit office buildings, construction sites and commercial projects to identify potential clients.
- Approach companies and locate procurement, administration, facility management and project decision-makers.
- Introduce GOWIN’s office furniture products, showroom and services.
- Develop relationships with contractors, design companies, property management companies and corporate clients.
- Arrange showroom visits, on-site measurements or formal client meetings.
- Achieve weekly and monthly targets for client visits, qualified leads, meetings and project opportunities.
- Maintain daily client visit records and submit weekly business development reports.
- Use LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Google Maps, phone calls and business directories to support field-based client development.
- Gradually participate in client follow-up, quotation coordination, negotiations and closing deals after becoming familiar with the company’s products and sales process.
Candidate Requirements
- At least one year of experience in sales, business development or market development.
- Experience in office furniture, interior design, building materials, construction, real estate or related industries is preferred.
- Fluent Arabic and basic English communication skills.
- Must currently reside in Riyadh.
- Good knowledge of Riyadh’s commercial areas, office buildings and business districts.
- Strong communication, negotiation and client-development skills.
- Comfortable with frequent outdoor visits and working toward clear performance targets.
- Able to use Microsoft Word, Excel, WhatsApp, LinkedIn and other digital tools.
- Able to independently plan daily visit routes and manage work reports.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but practical ability, initiative and execution are more important.
- Candidates with their own car, transferable Iqama or existing corporate and project-related contacts will be given preference.
Employment and Benefits
The selected candidate will undergo a 2–3 month probation period. During probation, performance will be evaluated based on client visits, qualified leads, meetings, project opportunities, reporting and sales results.
The compensation package includes:
Fixed monthly salary linked to basic performance requirements + sales commission + transportation allowance.
The exact salary will depend on the candidate’s experience, skills and interview performance.
Friday is the weekly day off.
