About the Role:
This is a strategic role focused on building strong relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring high service standards across priority accounts. The ideal candidate is a passionate sales professional with a deep understanding of FMCG distribution, retail chains, or HORECA (Hotel/Restaurant/Catering) operations.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and grow sales with key accounts in retail and/or food service (HORECA)
• Develop and execute account-specific business plans and promotional strategies
• Identify growth opportunities and upselling potential within assigned accounts
• Build long-term relationships with decision-makers, buyers, and procurement leads
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, margins, and market trends
• Coordinate with supply chain and logistics to ensure timely delivery and service
• Collaborate with the marketing team for tailored activations and trade support
Ideal Candidate
• 5–8 years of experience in FMCG sales, with a focus on retail or food service
• Strong understanding of Saudi market dynamics, trade structure, and customer behavior
• Existing network in key accounts such as hypermarkets, supermarkets, hotels, or catering groups
