Business Growth & Sales
Drive new business acquisition across corporate, government, and semi-government organizations within KSAIdentify, qualify, and pursue large-scale eLearning and digital training opportunitiesOwn the full sales cycle from lead generation through proposal submission, negotiation, and contract closureAchieve and exceed assigned revenue and pipeline targets
Client & Stakeholder Management
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers including HR, L&D, Talent, and Transformation leadersAct as a trusted advisor, understanding client business challenges and recommending appropriate learning solutionsCollaborate with clients to co-create scalable learning and workforce development programs
Market & Strategic Development
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and government initiatives related to learning, digital transformation, and workforce developmentContribute to go-to-market strategies, pricing models, and partnership opportunitiesSupport responses to RFPs, RFIs, and tenders, particularly within government and large enterprise accounts
Internal Collaboration
Work closely with solution consultants, delivery teams, and marketing to ensure accurate solution positioningProvide market feedback to product and leadership teams to support localized offeringsMaintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM records
Profile
6+ years of experience in business development or enterprise salesProven track record selling B2B solutions, ideally within eLearning, HR solutions, or professional servicesStrong experience managing complex, high-value deals with long sales cyclesDemonstrated experience operating within the Saudi Arabian marketArabic language required
