About the Role
We are seeking a professional, organized, and proactive Executive Assistant to provide
administrative and organizational support to senior management. The ideal candidate will be fluent
in both Arabic and English, possess excellent communication skills, and be comfortable managing
multiple priorities in a professional business environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules.
• Coordinate internal and external meetings.
• Attend meetings, prepare agendas, and take accurate meeting minutes.
• Follow up on action items and ensure timely completion.
• Draft emails, letters, reports, and presentations.
• Coordinate local travel arrangements and occasional business trips.
• Maintain organized records, files, and documentation.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, government entities, and business partners when required.
• Conduct basic research and utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT to improve productivity and
efficiency.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Provide general administrative and executive support as required.
