Program Director- Saudi National

Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of major infrastructure programs.

Manage multidisciplinary teams, consultants, and contractors.

Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Coordinate with government authorities and key stakeholders.

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.

Minimum 15 years of experience with reputed consulting firms or government agencies.

Strong technical expertise in infrastructure project execution and management.

PMP certification or equivalent from the Project Management Institute is preferred.

Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is preferred.
