Area Manager, Fulfillment Center Operations

The Area Manager is responsible for managing a team of associates within a fulfillment center. This role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring productivity goals are met, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. The Area Manager will also be involved in process improvement initiatives and employee development.

• 2+ years of employee and performance management experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
• 1+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience
