Job description
A leading company in the field of selling health products and dietary supplements is seeking a Sales Associate. This full-time position requires a graduate in science with at least two years of general sales experience. The primary goal is to achieve the highest sales ratio for health products and dietary supplements through professional customer service and providing appropriate consultations to ensure customer satisfaction and increase sales.
The responsibilities include:
- Sales of dietary supplements and health products to customers.
- Achieving monthly sales targets.
- Presenting products professionally to customers.
- Suggesting additional products to increase invoice value (Upselling/Cross selling).
Customer service tasks include:
- Welcoming customers professionally.
- Understanding customer needs for health products.
- Recommending suitable products based on customer conditions.
- Responding to customer inquiries about products.
Product knowledge responsibilities include:
- Understanding the components and benefits of each product.
- Knowing the correct dosages for dietary supplements.
- Identifying situations that may prevent the use of certain products.
Customer follow-up tasks include:
- Following up with customers after purchase.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction with the product.
- Encouraging customers to repeat purchases.
Inventory management responsibilities include:
- Monitoring product availability in the branch.
- Informing management about low stock products.
- Arranging products attractively within the branch.
The salary will be determined after the personal interview.
