To support the execution of integrated marketing strategies
across category marketing, events marketing, local marketing, Loyalty Marketing and Social
Media. The role ensures strong brand presence, sales growth, customer engagement, and
seamless campaign execution across online and offline touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
Category Marketing
- Support development and execution of category-wise marketing plans (OTC, skincare, baby
care, wellness, medical devices).
- Align promotions with business objectives in coordination with category managers.
- Plan monthly promotional calendars aligned with sales targets.
- Manage supplier-funded campaigns and co-marketing activities.
- Track category performance and campaign ROI.
- Ensure POS materials and in-store visibility for key categories.
Events Marketing
- Plan and execute health awareness campaigns and promotional events.
- Coordinate mall activations, store openings, and in-store promotional events.
- Manage event vendors, branding, logistics, and budgets.
- Prepare post-event reports and ROI analysis.
Local Marketing
- Develop localized marketing initiatives based on store performance.
- Support new store launch campaigns (offline & digital).
- Coordinate with store managers for local promotions.
- Monitor competitor activities and recommend strategies.
Social Media
- Support the development and execution of social media strategy aligned with marketing
goals.
- Prepare monthly content calendars and campaign plans.
- Coordinate with creative and design teams to produce engaging content (posts, reels,
videos, graphics).
- Ensure Arabic and English content accuracy and localization.
- Manage and optimize company social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok,
Snapchat, X, LinkedIn).
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and maintain community
management standards.
- Support execution of paid social media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat.
- Track budgets, performance metrics, and ROI for paid campaigns.
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives and audience targeting.
- Track KPIs and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
- Coordinate influencer collaborations and monitor campaign effectiveness.
Loyalty Marketing
Develop Loyalty marketing initiatives.
Develop WhatsApp Marketing Campaigns.
Track the performance of the Campaigns and ROAS.
Strong understanding of retail and category marketing.
Experience in events planning and execution.
Knowledge of Social Media, email marketing, and WhatsApp management.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Vendor and budget management capability.
Excellent communication skills (English required, Arabic preferred).
