Fire Protection System Designer (Consultant)

Develop comprehensive fire protection system designs, including sprinkler, alarm, and suppression systems, tailored to specific building codes and client needs.

Conduct thorough site assessments and risk analyses to identify potential fire hazards and determine appropriate protection strategies.

Prepare detailed design documents, specifications, and drawings using industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) for regulatory submission and contractor use.

Interpret and apply relevant building codes, standards (NFPA, IBC, etc.), and regulations to ensure compliance and optimal system performance.

Perform detailed hydraulic calculations, pipe sizing, and system flow analysis using Elite Software.

Must have experience in Consulting Company

Bachelor's degree in Fire Protection Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.

Professional Engineer (PE) license in Fire Protection Engineering or relevant discipline.

NICET certification (Levels III or IV) in relevant fire protection disciplines is highly desirable.

AutoCAD: Advanced proficiency in draftsmanship, layer management, and detail drafting.

Elite Software: Hands-on mastery of Elite Fire Software for hydraulic calculations.

Must have 5-7 years of progressive experience in fire protection system design and consulting, and worked in Consulting Company before in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
