Mechanical Maintenance Planner

1. Prepare, coordinate, and issue monthly and annual mechanical maintenance plans.
2. Plan and follow up on periodic, minor, and major mechanical maintenance activities.
3. Monitor preventive maintenance work orders and update feedback in the maintenance database.
4. Track equipment failure repairs and revise maintenance plans as needed.
5. Prepare reports after completion of periodic, minor, and major maintenance activities.
6. Coordinate mechanical maintenance activities with other sections and departments.
7. Monitor spare parts consumption and maintenance costs.
8. Support preparation and execution of spare parts and work budgets for the Mechanical Maintenance section.
9. Perform other duties assigned by the direct manager in line with company policies.

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Experience: Around 10 years of experience in a mechanical supervisory or maintenance planning role
Industry Exposure: Steel, melt shop, heavy manufacturing, or industrial maintenance environment preferred

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of mechanical maintenance activities.
• Experience in preventive, periodic, minor, and major maintenance planning.
• Familiarity with SAP PM/MM is preferred.
• Good English communication skills.
• Strong coordination, follow-up, and reporting abilities.
• Leadership qualities and team-building skills.
• Ability to work in an industrial environment with heat, noise, and dust.
