Job description
Maintain and repair roll forming machines, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime by troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues.
Perform routine preventative maintenance on power presses, including lubrication, adjustments, and part replacements to extend equipment lifespan.
Diagnose and resolve issues within coating systems (e.g., powder coating, liquid coating), ensuring consistent quality and adherence to specifications.
Operate and maintain specialized tools and equipment for metal fabrication and finishing processes.
Collaborate with production teams to identify and address equipment-related bottlenecks affecting output.
Participate in the installation and commissioning of new machinery and equipment, ensuring proper setup and functionality.
Stay updated on new technologies and best practices in mechanical maintenance, power presses, and industrial coating.
Possess a High School Diploma or equivalent; vocational training or Associate's degree in a technical field is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with effective communication skills.
Fluency in English is required; knowledge of other languages is beneficial.
Have proven experience with various industrial coating systems, understanding application and curing processes.
Demonstrate a minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in industrial maintenance, specifically with roll forming and power presses.
