Job description
Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the machining parts and engineering components sector, focusing on untapped markets and emerging technologies.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve ambitious revenue targets and expand market share for our precision-engineered solutions.
Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers at target manufacturing companies and OEMs.
Understand complex customer requirements and translate them into compelling proposals that highlight our technical capabilities and value proposition.
Prepare cost estimates and quotations for machined parts and precision engineering components based on drawings and customer requirements.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial) or a related technical field.
Minimum of 3-6 years of proven business development or sales experience specifically within the machining, metal fabrication, or engineering components industry.
Demonstrated success in identifying and closing complex B2B sales cycles for high-value technical products.
Strong understanding of various machining processes (CNC milling, turning, grinding, EDM) and materials science.
