Overview of the role
We are looking for an experienced National Sales Manager to lead our Volvo Construction Equipment sales business in KSA. Based in Dammam and reporting to the Country Manager – FAMCO KSA, this role is responsible for driving sales volume, revenue, and gross margin while leading a high-performing regional sales structure. The successful candidate will play a key role in setting sales direction, strengthening forecasting accuracy, and ensuring commercial performance across the business.
What you will do
• Lead the national sales function for Volvo Construction Equipment and deliver agreed sales, revenue, and gross margin targets.
• Manage and coach regional sales managers across Riyadh, Dammam, and Jeddah to achieve strong commercial results.
• Work closely with Planning and Analysis teams to set monthly and quarterly sales objectives by model and branch.
• Develop and maintain a robust forecasting process, providing accurate weekly sales and margin updates to senior leadership.
• Monitor sales progression daily, weekly, and monthly, and take timely action to keep performance on track.
• Maximise stock availability and support sales campaigns that help manage overage inventory effectively.
• Build and maintain KPI reporting that provides clear insight into market performance and sales trends.
• Collaborate with retail partners and internal stakeholders to ensure sales campaigns are relevant, targeted, and capable of delivering results.
