Senior Mechanical Engineer

Job Purpose:To oversee the implementation of quality systems in mechanical works across real estate projects and ensure full compliance with local and international standards, achieving the highest levels of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement quality plans for mechanical works (HVAC, ventilation, plumbing, firefighting systems, and elevators). Review mechanical designs and ensure compliance with specifications, Saudi Building Code, and international standards. Conduct regular site inspections to verify adherence to approved quality plans. Manage internal and external quality audits related to mechanical works. Coordinate with engineering teams and contractors to resolve technical issues and maintain compliance with standards. Prepare periodic quality reports and submit them to senior management. Ensure compliance with safety and quality requirements throughout all execution stages. Recommend continuous improvement initiatives to enhance mechanical quality performance. Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. Minimum of 10 years of experience in mechanical quality, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role. Strong knowledge of quality management systems and standards. Familiarity with the Saudi Building Code and international mechanical standards. Proficiency in mechanical design software such as Auto CAD and Revit MEP. Strong communication and reporting skills.
