Responsible for executing daily administrative tasks and organizing communications and appointments to ensure smooth workflow within the department.
Responsibilities:
- Organizing meetings and gatherings
- Receiving calls and responding to emails
- Preparing and maintaining files and documents
- Coordinating meetings and arranging venues
- Monitoring daily administrative tasks
- Data entry and preparing simple reports
Required Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree (Administration or related field)
- Computer skills (Word, Excel)
- Good organizational and communication skills
Experience:
- 1 to 2 years
