Job description
The Account Manager is responsible for managing client relationships with existing customers, ensuring their satisfaction, and fostering ongoing collaboration. Additionally, this role involves developing accounts and increasing business volume. Acting as a liaison between the client and internal departments, the Account Manager ensures the delivery of services or products of high quality and on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships and maintain continuous communication with them.
- Understand client needs and propose appropriate solutions.
- Monitor service delivery or project execution in coordination with internal teams.
- Address client issues promptly and effectively.
- Achieve account-specific sales or revenue targets.
- Prepare regular reports on account performance and client satisfaction.
- Develop additional sales opportunities (Upselling & Cross-selling).
- Negotiate with clients regarding contracts and renewals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in account management or customer service or sales (varies by level).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Able to solve problems and make decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
