3D Cake Designer

Job Overview:

We are looking for a 3D cake assistant chef who has passion and high flexibility to support the head chef in transforming creative ideas and designs into professional cake sculptures, with the ability to quickly adapt to a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting the Head Chef: Directly assisting him in all stages of work from baking and preparation to the final touches.

Preparation and Setup: Preparing fillings, ganache, fondant, and building the internal supporting structures of the cake.

Sculpting and Decorating: Assisting in cutting and sculpting the cake and shaping the sculptures and fine details.

Organizing the Work Environment: Maintaining cleanliness at the workstation, sterilizing tools, and monitoring the shortage of raw materials.

Meeting Changing Requirements: Implementing sudden modifications to designs with a positive spirit and handling the pressure of peak seasons.
