Centrifugal chiller - foreman / team leader / technician

Lead and mentor a team of chiller technicians, ensuring efficient and safe execution of maintenance and repair tasks.

Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical issues in centrifugal chillers, developing and implementing effective solutions.

Oversee planned maintenance schedules, proactively identifying and addressing potential equipment failures to minimize downtime.

Manage spare parts inventory and procurement, ensuring critical components are readily available for urgent repairs.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or an associate's degree in HVAC or a related field is highly preferred.

Hold relevant certifications such as EPA Section 608 Universal, and potentially others like HVAC Excellence or specific manufacturer training.

Demonstrate a minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience specifically with centrifugal chiller systems.

Exhibit a strong understanding of refrigeration cycles, thermodynamics, and electrical control systems.
