Responsibilities:

1. Formulate and update comprehensive design plans to deliver high-quality outputs that fulfill project scope, specifications, and engineering standards.
2. Leverage digital workflows and BIM/VDC tools to elevate design quality, precision, and innovative proposals for stakeholders.
3. Evaluate schematic designs and construction drawings to ensure strategic alignment with project visions, resolving complex design challenges and modifications.
4. Advocate for eco-friendly practices and durable material selection throughout design phases to minimize environmental impact and maintenance costs.
5. Coordinate across engineering disciplines (architectural, structural, MEP) and Quality Assurance teams to execute QA/QC checks and ensure seamless integration.
6. Rigorously review design deliverables across project phases against specifications and industry best practices.
