📢 Position: Field Sales Representative📍 Location: Saudi Arabia, Riyadh
🎯 Job Objective Conduct field visits to individual clients, assess sites, define the scope of work, and prepare accurate service pricing proposals in a professional manner to achieve sales targets and enhance customer experience.
🧭 Key Responsibilities Conduct field visits to clients to inspect sites and accurately identify their needs. Prepare quotations and price services based on the defined scope of work and approved standards. Explain service details clearly and respond to customer inquiries professionally. Negotiate with clients and close deals in accordance with company policies. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Update client information and visit reports regularly in the company system. Coordinate with the Operations Department to ensure clarity of scope before execution. Follow up with clients after submitting proposals to increase closing rates and improve conversion.
🎓 Qualifications & Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience in field sales (preferably in the services sector). Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills. Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into appropriate pricing proposals. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications. Excellent communication skills and ability to build long-term client relationships. Willingness to work in the field and travel within the city. Valid driving license.
